- Take 35W to Minneapolis. Merge to the left toward Downtown Exits.
- Take the S 5TH Ave exit.
- Continue to follow S 5th Ave to Washington Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto Washington Ave. Continue to follow Washington until you are in the warehouse district/North Loop.
- Turn RIGHT onto 2nd Ave N.
- Turn LEFT onto N 1st St.
- Follow N 1st St to the Itasca building at 708 N. 1st St.
From the West (Wayzata)
- From 394, Take the 3rd Ave N/Washington Ave. exit (# 9C).
- Continue straight on 3rd Ave N.
- Turn LEFT onto N 1st St.
- Follow N 1st St to the Itasca building at 708 N. 1st St.
From the Northwest (Maple Grove)
- From 94, Take the W Broadway Ave Exit(Exit# 229).
- Turn LEFT onto W Broadway Ave.
- Turn RIGHT onto N Washington Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto N 10th Ave.
- Turn Right onto N 1st St. Itasca building is on the right.
From the North (Roseville)
- From 35W (going south),Take the Washington Ave exit (Exit # 17C).
- Turn RIGHT onto S Washington Ave.
- Continue to follow Washington Ave past Hennepin Ave, into the warehouse district/North Loop.
- Turn RIGHT onto N 2nd Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto N 1st St.
- Follow N 1st St to the Itasca building at 708 N. 1st St.
From 94 E (St Paul)
- Take the 5th Street exit.
- Follow 5th Street to S 5th Ave.
- Turn RIGHT on to S 5th Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto Washington Ave. Continue to follow Washington until you are in the warehouse district/North Loop.
- Turn RIGHT onto N 2nd Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto N 1st St.
- Follow N 1st St to the Itasca building at 708 N. 1st St.
From 55/Hiawatha
- Take 55 toward 3RD ST/U OF M.
- Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
- Turn LEFT onto WASHINGTON AVE. Continue to follow Washington Ave past Hennepin Ave, into warehouse district/North Loop.
- Turn RIGHT onto N. 2nd Ave.
- Turn LEFT onto N 1st St.
- Follow N 1st St to the Itasca building at 708 N. 1st St.
Enter the 708 N. 1st Street Main Entrance
- Take the main elevator up to the 6th floor.
- Once on the 6th floor, use the intercom to dial velvetpeel (#11)
- Walk down the hall and we are the last door on your left, Suite 644.
